Opioids any safe way to dillute fentanyl hcl?

I have 20mg of fentanyl hcl coming in. I got it before I realized it was so incredibly lethal and hazardous. Apparently, if this stuff touches you or you breath in its dust you die. I wanna be wise and throw this out, but is there anyway to make a weak solution with this stuff and not die.
 
Handle it wearing a face mask, gloves, long sleeve, and anything to prevent exposure. 2 ml of water per 1 mg makes 500 mcg per ml 4 ml to 1 mg makes 250 mcg per ml and 1 ml to 1 mg makes 1000 mcg per ml. Go to your local needle exchange or buy from the pharmacy some insulin rigs to measure out ml of your solutions in units of ten.

Shake your solution before drawing from it always to make sure it is evenly mixed.
 
Man that's so fucking sketchy, i'll probably be too scared to even look at it, I guess there is np simple way to handle this besides garbage can. Or a meticulous haphazard tight-rope scare with death
 
for real, what a shame to waste such a thing. duct tape it at a certain location and create a little treasure hunt with BL users, LOL.
 
Is it safe to mix without a vent hood? How do I do it? What solvent?
Just go outside and dump it in solvent and seal and shake? I'm scared thinking about getting powder on my arm and dieing.

Dissolve it in distilled water or 95% ethyl alcohol.

Just don't be an idiot about it, wear a dust mask and gloves, wipe everything down with bleach afterwards to destroy residuals. You have to get a serious amount of stuff on you and leave it there before it's a worry. Keeping it out of your nose and mouth is a bigger concern.
 
^^ Thank You, i'll use distilled water at room temp if I make a solution.

Is a dust mask necessary? I know that is a dumb question considering the dust is highly lethal. Would going outside and putting my nose/ mouth in my shirt and holding it at arms length be incredibly reckless?
 
Go spend 5 dollars at a hardware store and buy a pack of paper dust masks...

Don't treat it like it has cooties, just take the necessary precautions, get it diluted, clean up, and stop worrying about it. It's not instant death if a tiny speck of it touches you - or people wouldn't use it as a drug...
 
I imagine it will come in a rubber stopper vial. If so, attach a micron filter to a 22g needle and pierce the stopper (to create a vent). With this in place, get a syringe with equal or larger gauge, and an appropriate volume of purified H20 to reconstitute the solid to 75% volume of the container. Remove the syringe and vent and shake until dissolved. This should keep you from unintended exposure. (The idea is to contain the powder: dumping powder to liquid is not as controlled as delivering the liquid to the powder). From there, you'll have a solution of fentanyl of known concentration. I'd dilute to a concentration of 100mcg / mL. SLOWLY dose Intranasally until desired analgesia is achieved. The effects can be felt almost instantaneously, but don't expect a rush. I would not recommend slamming fentanyl under any cirumstances.
 
Also, if your tolerance is low, as in a handful of Vic's will get you where you want to be, dont mess with it. It's too easy to OD with this substance.
 
My tolerance is virtually zero, that's why a really dilute solution like 250mL-350ml of distilled H2O to 20mgs fent. Where 1mL is equal to 65-80mcg. Is this feasible for someone with little-to-no tolerance?
 
That sounds feasible if you are very meticulous with your dosing. I haven't ever done much fentanyl outside a hospital setting but a quick google search for opioid conversion charts yielded 200mcg fentanyl (iv) = 20mg oxycodone (oral) and an intranasal BA of fentanyl of 89%. At 80mcg fentanyl per ml, one ml of solution squirted up your nose would produce similar effects to approximately 7mg of oral oxycodone. Do some research (those numbers might not be valid; just pulled them straight off a two second Google search haha) and start at around 10% your intended dose and work your way up for the sake of safety. Fentanyl is treacherous shit. I've seen iv heroin users fall out from chewing the patches.
 
@mike: be really fuckin careful man. If you're intent on doing this, after you get your solution, heed the advice to dose low. Don't "go big or go home" thinking if you under-dose you'll have to wait a few hours to try again. Because the half life is so short, you can easily titrate up to where you want to be. Another aspect to consider: it's so potent that if you haven't felt true withdrawals yet, once you start with the F you def will. And it will fuck your tolerance. Also know that with fentanyl, it will scratch that itch to get dopiated, but it's a much more sedate and not as euphoric. Best advice: find someone willing to trade for your usual DoC. Off my soapbox now, but just wanna give you all the information I can so you can make an informed choice. Take care.
