Any psychedelics that are easier on the gut than 4-AcO-DMT?

I have some sort of IBS/IBD (undiagnosed but definitely present) that is for the most part under control but is definitely aggravated by drugs. I have stopped doing almost all drugs (except marijuana) as a result. Opiates and GABA-nergic drugs definitely cause issues as do ones like ketamine (possibly through their action on GABA). Psychedelics, I have had a life-long love for and would love to continue using, but have had my last two recent experiences marred by bowel issues. Once was with dried mushrooms (around 2g) and once was with 4-AcO-DMT (around 18mg, redosed with around 12mg), and both resulted in a pretty intense gnawing pain in the abdomen, and in the case of the 4-AcO-DMT, a scrap of intestinal skin excreted a few days later. I was very disappointed by the psilacetin experience because I thought it was supposed to be fairly easy on the gut as opposed to mushrooms.

I'm thinking about possibly trying LSD in the future. LSD is my favorite psychedelic and from what I remember, I don't remember too strong of a gut disturbance from it, but things could easily be different now. Anyone with IBS/ IBD have experience with various psychedelics? I want to trip but really don't want to set off my precious balance. I'm prepared to keep the dose low as I think that is certainly a factor.

Most of these situations are personally dependent. One person may have gastric problems with LSD but not psilocin, and vice versa. Your personal body chemistry contributes a lot to it.

If you've done acid in the past and had a good time before there's a good chance you'll continue to like it.
