Meth Any point to dabs/water pipe?

So i recently acquired some nice recyclers which I have never really been into dabs that much in the first place but seems like a good opportunity to give it a shot with some meth; especially since the people I have seen online doing the dab rig seem to get some really big rips off of it and seem to enjoy it. I definitely do too but I can't help but feel like it's super wasteful; I mean I know a lot of it gets absorbed into the water And I haven't really tried reclaiming too much. I guess I'm just trying to get a sense of how wasteful it really is because I went through this last quarter really quickly
