Harm Reduction Any place that sells bigger tourniquets in Canada?

The needle exchange tie's are pretty small i havent been able to get one on my upper arm in about a year. Now i can barely get one of my forearm ffs. Does anyone know of a good site for tie's? The ones they use in hospitals are plenty big

Hmm i might ask a pharmacy far away from me. Cant exactly get a tie at the same pharmacy i get my morphine at lol
