Any legal drugs that can lessen addiction withdrawals to Ritalin (Methylphenidate)?

So, yes, thing is I am diagnosed with ADHD.

But my psychiatrist refuse to percribe Ritalin to me, cause I have been self medcating with it, and no doubt is addicted.

But it is kind of shit argument, as it actually is effective to lessen the symphtons of my ADHD.

Especially cause he reluctantly kind of accepted that I self medicate with Ritalin anyway.

Anyway, I really want to break free from having to spend a lot of money buying Ritalin on the black market, for one, secondly I fear if i at some point lose my conection to my current suplyer.

In the past no doubt I abused it to get high too, but I am not really interested in that anymore, and I found my perfect dose to keep my ADHD and addiction in check, which is eating 2 x 20mg Methylphenidate capsules in the morning, and then additionally 20mg in the afternoon.

I could possibly persuade my psyciatrist to percribe atomoxetine (Startera) to me, but I have actually tried that in the past and it didn't seem to help me (psychiatrist removed my percription, when I told him it didn't work on me, and I took black market Ritalin instead, his argument being that there was no reason I had two ADHD medications, while still refusing to actually percribe me Ritalin)

Question is if it possibly would, now that I lowered my dose, and am not addicted to sniffing it anymore? (I heard that some studies concluded that about half of the addiction is actually the ritual, crushing and sniffing, cause it prepares the brain to be stimulated).

Also I wanted to hear if there possibly would be any legal/natural remidies that could help me in the transition coming off Ritalin?

Would something like Kana or Blue Lotus possibly be able to help me possibly?

Hashish helps very little with the withdrawal symptons in my experience, where as pregabalin (Lyrica) in the right dosis, in my personal experience, actually removes the most prominent physical withdrawal sympthons/cravings/extreme restlessness for Ritalin, and actually makes them bearable.

But I already get pregabalin perscribed for battling axiety (150mg), and in my estimation I would need at least double the dose now, if it should have any effect helping me with battling Ritalin addiction withdrawal symptons, and I doubt I can convince my psychiatrist that that would be a great idea.

So should I tell my psychiatrist, who is aware of me using Ritalin, that I want to get off it, ask for getting Stratera (atomoxetine) perscibed, and suggest upping my persciption of Lyrica (pregabalin), at least for a period while I try to quit Ritalin, as well?

And what else could possibly help me in this situation?

Look into supplementing Agmatine. It's sold usually as a pre workout ingredient, but it has incredible properties for lessening withdrawal from multiple drug classes, and tolerance lessening properties as well.

I've included it in my H/Fent detoxes and since then, they have been less excruciating. GL
