Any Killer Vegan/Vegetarian recipes??

I'm trying to eat healthier, and am not a huge fan of meat to begin with, so I was wondering if anyone here had a few vegan or vegetarian recipes to share.

I could just Google it, but opinions coming straight from real people are way better!

Any dish would be awesome! I never cook, so I probably have never tried it lol!! :D

The Forks Over Knives cookbook is fantastic. It's a vegan & oil-frer recipe book. Soups are my favorite and they have some killer ones, particularly a sweet potato/split-pea one.

I also have a slowcooker I never use which may come in handy for things like that :3

ok heres a breakfast invented when run out of milk : take Handful of musli(its a mix with dry fruit and rye or quaker) add a teaspoon of Tachini(sesame which is made itnto like penutbutter) then ad 2 teaspoons of honey add some water enjoy

I know this is a desert and not exactly healthy but OMG.... I tried this recently and I was astounded:
