Green DC Pokeballs i wanna try them for an event but i cant seem to find anything on the net about them, can anyone help? PLEASE!!

any info on orange dc pokeballs???

tried to get in to an event but was a bummer. me and a lot of other people circled the perimeter, but it was a no go. My buddy slipped right in, i was not as fortunate. anyone out there let ne know what i missed.
