I stopped getting notifications for this and in my absence this has gone off track and grown more than a few weeds though I appreciate yall are stabbing in the dark if I don't give feedback; which I was unable to due to lack of notifications

Depressicaa, I never said I don't like dopamine. I said dopamine is my FAVOURITE, reread OP.
Again, I have to mention all the exotic sounding names from you statesiders are foreign to me- soboxone, bla bla. Many sound like chemical warfare weapons!
Another criteria is that it must be easily obtainable IN MY RESIDENT COUNTRY OF THE UK.
Whoever mentioned it, benzos make me near wretch at the thought of them after I bought a gram of diazepam to chase down on my mdma comedowns recently and kept overdoing the doses leaving me comatosed for several days. Whoever then mentioned phenazepam, kindly, GTFO!
Like I said I want something MILD, which will be well worn off by the next day.
Think one or two beers effects wise but obv. of a more euphoriant nature. As I mentioned I hate the effect of beer unless to compliment another substance. I find it an awesome pepp dopamine wise if taking a dopamine based drug- speed, coke, mephedrone- prob cos alcohol gives a little boost itself in the dopamine centres.
Kratom seems to be the winner so far although for those saying it's cheap it doesn't really seem that cheap from what I was reading. It says like 15 quid a gram and I was reading you require like 250 mgs to get a moderate buzz. Is this correct? If not please give me averages (price and dose). I guess that isn't TOO bad as it comes to about the same as mephedrone then.
So yea also keep in mind I want next to 000000 side effects once it wears off, just like alcohol. Keeping alcohol as a comparison will keep recommendations more on track I think.
As an aside I agree I think finding a hobby is gonna be better.
I have been unemployed for more than 2 years and I did a recent rebudget and it seems I will have to get a part time job soon. At first it seemed like a drag but if it's only for 5 hours a week (which I calculated is all I will have to work) then the idea suddenly became potentially fun and it's sort of motivated me thinking it might be a fun endeavour provided it doesn't eat up my time which 5 hours a week would not.
As another aside due to said recent budget checking I am less able to spend money than ever (1200 shortfall per year) so I guess that will curtail my investigations in this area or at least keep a stern check on them.
Overall I'd agree with others that it is most likely that I am bored that I am looking into this and more productive persuits will offer the best long term solution (x substance being only a temporary bandage on a deeper issue).
