I can't make it through a day without falling asleep by 2PM, no matter how much sleep I get. I need some stim that can last for at least 3 hours until I get home. I heard adrafinil isn't great because it's slightly toxic and would be bad for an everyday thing. Any other ideas?

Depends on where you are located, legality of "RC" stimulants depends greatly on your countries/state (or province) laws.

Just make sure you're staying away from the heavy duty stuff that has been documented to have negative effects, mephedrone, MDPV, etc.

I almost want to go so far as to say the only safe stimulant to take every day is caffeine, and some people would even disagree with that one.

^ Fuck I forgot about those mephe, MDPV, all those. I would never use those, those look worse than coke and meth combined.

So there's nothing really that you can say for a generalization? Without giving away my state's specific regulations, they don't care too much about any drugs it appears, they were one of the states to not even consider a bill banning any of the synthetic cannabinoids. Most of the states were at least considering it if not enforcing it.

So if you can find any RC stim that isn't super heavy and fits the other criteria, I'm sure it's legal here. I haven't ever seen my state outlaw anything before the US gov' gets to it.

Just go see a doc man... and get provigil....

otherwise you got 1) pseudo ephedrine 2) swallowing the cotton rod of a Benzedrex nasal inhaler (not cheap, but works) 3) low dose DXM is sometimes stimulating for me

how about redbull? or find an energy drink that works for you. .

Regarding RC's --- you will get ripped off, or pay to much, and it would be difficult for you to find a steady source of MDPV and more importantly a SAFE source. This shit is already illegal anyways.

Go to your local headshop ( a good one) and just say you want some think thats gonna pick you up like amphetamines but not make you trip. Don't go for the "herbals" unless they are just packaged that way. Stay away from Red-Dawn supplements unless you get the "Sleepwalker" but that wouldn't stimulate you much.

The headshop dude my not have it out either.. like on the shelf.. so make sure you just ask him this question strait out. Tell him you want something like adderall that would be clean and safe and effective.

once you find the RC that works for you.. . try to find a bulk supplier online ASAP- and try to not get ripped off. Use a visa card or whatever so you can reverse the transaction in case it don't come threw.. *which happens to a lot of ppl these days.

But like I said... just go to a doctor and get a script. If you have no insurance PM me , As I am a not-for-profit RX/doctor visit "Discount card" (its basically a card that can save you a lot of money, cause the drug companies were getting sued way to much for basically charging sick ppl way way too much)

^ My caffeine tolerance is super high, and it builds up after just one use. Like I'll be off it for a few weeks of horror to kill my tolerance and I'll take 200MG and I won't get too stimulated(actually get more tired sometimes) and the next day I can take 400mg and shit doesn't happen. It really pisses me off, don't know if it's normal or it's just me.

But yeaaaaaah... I'll try to find a doctor but when I moved away from my parents they kept calling all of my new doctors and telling them I'm a drug addict(right, I smoke weed once or twice a month and have never done any pills I haven't been prescribed for a valid medical condition) so all of my doctors are weary of giving me anything.

You probably have ADHD ... yeah I'd say you do ... and most doctors would say so too. haha. I'm almost certain you were just never diagnosed as a child.....

maybe you fall asleep or get tired cause you're not "interested, focused" on what you're doing during the day? So yeah you have ADHD (maybe) and go see a regular doctor at a family clinic. or your current doctor (depending on how you think of him) ..... or if you got good insurance see an ADD specialist psychiatrist ... you'll see em in the yellow pages under "Psychiatry" probably in the medical section

don't do DMAA man... its fine and all... but no its not safe

I was diagnosed as a child 0_o. Like 3rd grade. Used it for like 1.5 years then parents got scared shitless because I never ate and never talked when I was on it.

And I am interested in what I'm doing always at 2PM, I just am tired. Like my stomach uses all the energy in my body to digest lunch or something. It's always been like this. From 7th grade to now (senior in high school). I used to fall asleep in class a lot. I always seemed to have the teacher that didn't give a fuck if I slept at that time though :)

I was just hinting around on how to help you without officially breaking BL protocol. They won't give good meds (vyvanse, adderall, etc) for "chronic fatigue" anymore... only ADHD and/or narcolepsy.

They will give you Provigil... which works.. but its more like caffiene than adderall. But better than caffiene.

I'd go for vyvanse,

PS third grade!!! of course , you were probably tweaked to all hell.

I was RX'd adderall 10mgs in 7th grade and I used to cry during the comedowns.

I'll try to find a source for adrafinil.. Another weird thing I gotta add is when I really need to I can stay up for a LONG time. But that's only when I have an end goal. Say I'm at a concert, I can stand up and scream and jump up and down for 8 hours straight and I don't get tired until I'm at home. But if I just wake up in the morning and I don't need to do anything I feel really tired and I usually just fall back asleep, and it never gets better.

I can't really recommend many stimulants for daily use, in good conscience. Caffeine is really the only thing thats cheap & available that I would recommend. Using anything much stronger on a daily basis just seems like an inherently bad idea. Hell I even try to minimize my caffeine intake these days. You could ask your doctor about Modafinil (Provigil). I don't really know anything about how it works/dangers.

Daily usage of stimulants (all but the weakest) seems inseparable from psychological and physical damage.

Like some other peeps have mentioned, it sounds like you could benefit from Provigil (Modafinil)
It's not a stimulant as such, so it won't keep you 'wired', but is sometimes referred to as a 'wakefulness promoting agent'
I take 200mg around lunchtime and it keeps me awake and focussed for the rest of the working afternoon.
oh, and it's readily available from online pharms too :)

Provigil (Modafinil)

Thats just marketing jargon. In the reality of things, 'stimulant' and 'wakefulness promoting agent' are one in the same. 'Wakefulness promoting agent' just indicates its a stimulant of weaker caliber.

Modafinil is an analeptic. An analeptic, is a central nervous system (CNS) stimulant medication.

If you moved away from your parents, how did they keep calling your doctors?

This doesn't make sense. If I don't tell my parents that I am seeing a doctor/multiple doctors, then they have no idea.

Do you keep making the mistake of telling your parents what doctors you are about to see the evening before the appointment or something?

"What drug is right for me?" threads are frowned upon here, so I am going to close this. If you would like to know why this isn't typically an acceptable Other Drugs thread, feel free to send me a private message.

There are other steps you can take to combat this problem you have, without having to first go to a doctor and try to get medication. Clearly threads about the latter (how can I get pills from doctors?) is very much so frowned upon, so we can't discuss this.

The other things you can do are: exercise every day, eat a well balanced diet, and don't consume tobacco, alcohol, or caffeine (all three drugs lessen sleep quality). You can also try to address this issue by finding the underlying cause by seeking out the help of a clinician/diagnostician who can help you realize what you really need help with. They should run several batteries of tests which will determine what known problems you could have which may or may not be the source of this problem.
