Yes! I just watched part of one... let me get on my laptop and edit this in a bit! It's on MDMA and the like. So far so good. There are LOTS of docs out there and this one is refreshingly 'new' or different.

Nat Geo has a series called Drugs Inc, they profile all sorts of drugs and show the good and bad sides of the story. They did one on Ecstasy, I'm sure you can find a torrent online.

There is also that new one, "Ecstasy Trial". I found it pretty good. I also recommend Drugs Inc. as stated above, they have episodes for quite a few drugs.

Not really a doc, but there's a movie called "Rolling" which talks about abuse / party-use of E in somewhere of US. Not that good movie but might be worthy a watch if you're interested
