Hi everyone...I'm new to the forum. However I read you often.
Btw (just in case), english is not my native language, so plese tell me if you don't understand something, so I can explain it better.
hopefully that won't happen.

As you now ,CYP2D6 inducers , can be used to induce the conversion of codeine, tramadol and DXM (among other drugs) to their much cooler respective metabolites. The problem is that there aren't many inducers available!, some of the most effective ones are rifampicin, dexamethasone and glutethimide.
I know all of you know this, but I haven't read any single experience with these drugs anywhere!
I can easily get dexamethasone and rifampicin. So I'm thinking in trying to mix one of them with tramadol, codeine and DXM (in different occasions of course). I'm aware that these drugs (rifampicin and dexamethasone) have to be used carefully and can have bad side effects, but I don't plan to abuse them (I'm not stupid), Just use them occasionally. My plan would be to intake a low dose of the inducer (don't know how much yet) before I intake the recreational drug.
I think rifampicin is stronger than dexamethasone inducing this enzyme (not sure about this). However, I think is worst to play with antibiotics (I dont know what can happen if you do, but I understand antibiotics usually have a strict dosage schedule for some reason...I think if you don't follow the doctors indications with antibiotics, bacteria might develop resistance to the antibiotic..-however I'm not sure of this, and how antibiotics work-). So, most probably I would use dexamethasone (maybe 0,25 mg - half a standard dose). Btw, I also have ophthalmic eye drops with dexamethasone (1mg/1ml), but I'm not sure how much of it is absorbed (I'm guessing insignificant quantities)...However..Which one do you think is safer? (Dexamethasone or rifampicin). In the case of rifampicin I would use (150mg - also a half standard dose)
I dont know why I haven't read any experience with these meds used in this way. Are they too hard to get for you? or is it that they are just to dangerous to play with?
* I haven't mention anything about inhibiting the CYP3A4 enzyme, because unlike most of you I wouldn't want to inhibit this enzyme, I would rather induce it, because I prefer fast and intense highs, and as far as I know CYP3A4 prolongs the effects..Hopefully Rifampicin and Dexamethasone are also inducers of this enzyme!
I am looking for advice here! My question is simple, would it be safe to use this substances as inducers? (If I just used the inducer occasionally and in low doses) Or not? ....If your answer is yes, how long before I intake the recreational drug should intake the inducer?
In addition, please tell me what option do you think is the safest one, and feel free to recommend any other effective CYP2D6 inducer that you know ( it can be of any kind: herbs, pharms, supplements, vitamins, etc.)
