Any danger of death?

Earlier swim bought 2 ecstasy beans, he was planning on just taking one tonight and the other at a later date. After he took the first one he realized it was bunk and it was just loaded with amphetamines. he felt quite speedy and his heart is beating pretty fast, but since he didnt roll about 3 hours later he took the second one. if the second one turns out to also be bunk and have a ton of amphetamines Is his body in any danger of overdosing on amphetamines and having a heart attack? or since its just 2 beans will he be alright?
