Many dangers associated with this. i had close to the same combo 5 months ago - 25mg Of benadryl orally, 12mg of crushed dilaudid (this is my usual dose needed to nod), and 200mg ritalin. had lots of experience with all 3 but little tolerance to ritalin as it was my first time in 2 weeks. i took the benadryl at 11:00, i just had a rough time leaving my girlfriend earlier that night as my habits would eventually drag her down with me, the guilt made me go overboard on the ritalin. I mixed the crushed combo of ritz / dillaudid and it was all gone within 3 hours. an hour after finishing it, my resting heart rate reached roughly 200bpm, and had CNS depression. long story short, i eventually called 911 as my heart started to hurt and blacked out after, thinking i was dead beforehand. woke up 3 days later in the hospital, and was informed that i was lucky to be alive, and i forgot what the doc told me happened entirely, but something close to a heart attack occued i believe.
Ritalin is about 1/2 as strong as focalin with about the same feeling essentially. the thing with Focalin and Ritalin, it is easy to go overboard, more so than with cocaine IMO mainly because the euphoria leaves you rather quickly, compared to how long you will be tweaking afterward. As with coke, if you have more around you while the euphoria begins to dissipate, you are probably have a 90% chance of convincing yourself to take more, even if you plan not to beforehand unless you are very strong willed.
TL;DR - You don't have much to worry about at these doses unless you have more focalin in your possesion, take precautions to ensure you WONT do more than 50-60mg at a time.
