Any Benzos close to an opiate high?

It's Off Topic, but of course you can IV valiums 10mg, you just have to use water + propylene glycol (and/or ethanol).
The effects are exactly the same, they come on a bit faster (only a few seconds).
But IVing valium is a bit of a waste of time, just eat them...
 
I dont think benzo's come close to opiates but they kinda have the general effects of opiates without the euphoria , i just like sedation in general , the benzo i most enjoyed was tetrazepam and i like temazepam too . however ithey have nothing on opiates and id take opiates over benzo's any day

what does everyone think about the addiciton risk of benzo's compared to opiates?

In France, the brand name of Clonidine is Catapressan. It comes in 0,15mg tablets. Boxes of 30. A box costs exactly 4,45 euros, but the "sécurité sociale" pays a good part of it, and if you have a "mutuelle", it will cost nothing.
Very easy to get prescibed if you have opiates problems.

Have you tried to IV it with an opiate?
In this case (IVed with an opiate), Clonidine is a strong substance, with great effects. It potentiates Opaites like nothing else does.

However I can say if I prefer Clonidine or Benzos... Both have their own enjoyable effect. (but again, to feel what Clonidine can bring to you, you have to IV it with an opiate)
 
^I'd be very careful IV'ing Clonidine/Catapres. It lowers your blood pressure something crazy, that is why you find it extremely hard not to fall asleep or nod from the stuff. An extremely low blood pressure can get dangerous. Not to mention the risks that come with IV'ing a pharmaceutical like clonidine.
 
Oh this one is easy.

Start off with some Temezepam. - or better yet tetrazepam, which is more exotic. Both available over online pharmacies. Your gonna want probably 60 mgs at least if your a strong ope user.

Then, take some soma's or drink some kava kava.

Smoke a small bowl of amazing chron.

Those three should send you nodding off to a opiate-like heaven. Or you'll just pass out.

I am on 3 mgs of good Xanax with some grapefruit juice and a bowl, and I am doing OK, but it aint no Heroin high.

You are not going to get an opiate high from ANY benzo, plain and simple!

That's like asking what's the best alcohol to drink to feel like I just smoked a bowl. It doesn't work that way.

Because of your question, I assume you want an opiate-like high, but do not want to take narcotics/opiates. Have you ever heard of tramadol (ultram)? I have never had it, but it is a non-narcotic painkiller that apparently has opiate-like effects. I've heard people swear by it on other boards and apparently it will ease symptoms of withdrawal as well. Anyway, check out tramadol. I believe you could get it online rather easily as it's sch. 3 or 4 or something. Check out some pharmie forums and I'm sure you'll find it.

Also, abusing clonidine is pointless and dangerous. Clonidine in small amounts (0.1-0.6 mg) is great for easing some of the symptoms of opiate withdrawal, however, it's pretty worthless as a drug of abuse. I guess maybe a junker with a huge habit could take lots of clonidine and be on some kind of weird, sick nod, but I don't think it would be pleasant. If someone with a little tolerance took clonidine it would just make them sleepy. It REALLY lowers your blood pressure too (as it's primary function is as an antihypertensive), so it could be very dangerous. Since this is a harm reduction site, I must say that I don't think the risk is worth "buzz" someone might get off clonidine. I'd steer clear unless you're in the first week or two of opiate withdrawal.

No benzo really feels like an opiate however a strong opiate like experience can be acchieved if you use them along with kratom. For me, a big cup of kratom, a couple mgs of xanax, and kava kava extract done sublingualy provides an incredibly blissfull experience. Subjectively i sometimes think that this combination is better then some more powerful real opiates.
 
everybody likes to say you wont get an opiate-like high from a benzo. well I have years of experience with opiates (opium/morphine/heroin/etcetc) and I will say there are a few times I felt like I was ON HEROIN ,but admitedly there were other drugs in the mix. Doing crystal meth for 8 or 10 hours and then taking one or one and a half
of those army green oval blue dye Rohypnols
made me feel like I was on smack a few times,
it was orgasmic form head to toe ,
and every worry in the world dissipated
like a drop of water on a hot frying pan
and It felt totally smack-like . so its possible.
I also got shot with benzos a couple times in
the hospital and that was fairly close too, so it's not IMPOSSIBLE but
I sure dont feel like I had H
by eating 4 pink Xanny footballs , i admit !
 
Xanax and lortabs seemed very popular when I lived in houston. Xanax is pretty strong stuff IMO. Half a bar got me alittle stumbling.
 
Benzo's have no recreational value to them whatsoever, even in high doses. If you want a feeling more euphoric than any opiate or benzo, GHB is your answer. Also a much safer substance I might add as well.

Hold it. Yeah they do have a recreational value at high doses(you just won't remember the great time you had acting like a complete bafoon) nothing at all whatsoever like body and brain warming listen-down-into-yourself opiod euphoria where all around you disappears and all that is left is you and the blanket. benzo euphoria is like you did 20 shots of whiskey and your just hammered but not nauseated by all the alchohol - problem is, you're still out in the cold, and you're still feeling too much, and your external surroundings still exist.

Just a personal preference, one that, for many reasons, I can no longer indulge in unfortunately, but I can dream...
 
Try telling me benzo's aren't a godsend when you have a million things on your mind and you feel like the whole world is against you, while being scared shitless to even get out of bed.

But even for a normal person, benzo's (especially Xanax) can give you a hell of a buzz, especially when mixed with alcohol (which isn't recommended)
