Anxiety is out of control again

I keep thinking some masked horro movie killer is outside my door or there's a ghost watching me. Crazy stuff like that. I don't know what's wrong with my brain but it's screwing up my life. I'm gonna be at home alone for the next few days as well. Great.......

 

Hey. I only saw this now and it is already the 31st. Sorry I didn't catch it before. I thought I was going to be scared and paranoid house sitting at my sister's. It's a big house down a country road--no close neighbors. Strangely, I was OK. How did the alone time go for you?

 

I didn't sleep much for those 4 days but I made it through. I feel silly about it now but I was really scared at the time!
