TOO MANY HOES IN MY MOTHAFUCKING MEAL
hi everyone
so i'm not a smoker, i smoke maybe 2 or 3 cigarette a week when i feel like doing it (pointless drug) but when i do (especially when i smoke cigarettes without filter) sometimes i get a feeling of slight but still unpleasant anxiety and breathing becomes slightly more difficult (nothing i can't cope with, just a bit unpleasant) for like half an hour and the i get normal again. is this normal? has anyone of you experienced something like this?

Yes, I expenrience this, I smoke and hate it.
But I still smoke.
No need to waste time even thinking about these effects being a "non" smoker as you said.

Stop smoking, before you start ignoring those negative effects.

I use to experience this right before I quit. My best suggestion is to use it as a precursor to quitting Tobacco. If you have any doubt you should check out Allen Carr's book on how to quit smoking effectively. Of course, even after you are done reading it, you will have to stop for 30 days, after that it gets a lot easier to the point where you just start to forget about the habit.

As for what causes it, higher blood pressure, weakened heart, social anxiety. I don't know, I just know that I suffer from it too, and cigs no longer help to deal with the anxiety so I quit.

If you want to get rid of both, exercise. Lift weights, etc. It wont cure it, but it will definitely subside a lot of the tension.

Yeah, it's almost like a small panic attack. I experienced them after 34 years of smoking. I wanted to use this as a reason to quit. Found out I have throat cancer and quit c/t. Been 2 1/2 months and shoulda quit much sooner. The feeling is a strange one usually the first cigarette of the day I found.

Imagine a drug that costs a lot of money, is highly addictive, but has *no* benefits or any real high to speak of.
That's smoking! :)
