Benzos anxiety drugs

This is fun and all, but you need to be talking about this with your doctor.

There are sorts of threads like this that have been previously posted. Also, despite how fun it is to talk about all of these drugs, if your doctor isn't going to prescribe them to you, then it's not going to benefit your situation or your anxiety. I actually had a doctor, for example, much more willing to prescribe me benzos (temazepam) than gabapentin or pregabalin.

I'm going to close this thread, but best of luck with the doctor.
 
try taking 5htp... it's a natural supplement that helps regulate serotonin levels in the brain. usually used for anti depression, but if you take it daily it will help regulate the chemical balance in your brain and could lead to less anxiety in the long run. definitely not a quick fix to a benzo addiction though.
