Anxiety Disorder (but also considering an A.D.D. med)

I've been taking Paxil for about a year for a generalized anxiety disorder.
I've also got a major problem w/ concentration and motivation in general, actually.
I've recently been thinking about the possibility of getting on Ritalin or Adderal for the later problem.
Does anyone have any experience w/ being on both of these types of meds, siumultaneously?
I see where Ritalin would probably better for me from my reading on Bluelight; posts saying that it's less "hyper" and more a general "energy" feel to it than Adderal.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Also... I've thought about switching from Paxil to Buspar. Anyone have a preference there, too?

Talk to your shrink. We aren't psychiatrists.
That said, stimulant medication such as adderall and ritalin have a rather strong tendency to aggrivate anxiety problems. As you suspected, ritalin is probably a better choice for you than adderall or dexedrine. Another option that you may wish to consider is welbutrin, which is generally less likely to aggrivate your anxiety.
If SSRI's are working for your anxiety, it's a good idea to stick with 'em. You may, however, wish to consider an alternative medication. A friend of mine uses neurontin to manage her anxiety with good results, and I have a sneaking suspicious that neurontin may be more appropriate in combination with stimulants.
Once again: I am not a shrink. Do not stop taking your paxil. Talk to your psychiatrist. They get paid the big bucks for a reason.
