For years SWIM has been mainly Skunk user, occasionally rolled on MDMA, coke and acid. It seem like every time SWIM takes anything that might psychologically influence my mind (even bit of an alcohol or strong caffe!!) I get these paranoia kinda thing. Just to mention that SWIM haven't touched any drugs for about a 15 months now ( okay, few times tried but no pleasure only paranoia that kicks in each time)but really wanna come back to it since he misses that feeling. Did SWIM screwed up his brain? Does anyone know what SWIM could do to feel pleasure again???

Lol SWIM is sooooo lame. We don't use that stupid word here :) Besides, you keep switching back and forth between first person and third person pronouns...

Anyways, I hope you're able to resolve your issues soon. Congrats on your 15 months!

Just remember it's normal to feel a bit apprehensive before taking drugs, take an e and you're a bit anxious you might end up rolling about the floor or be sick. Take acid and you might freak out that you'll have a bad trip. Anxiety is normal to an extent, but if it's becoming overwhelming and you are actually having anxiety attacks then go to a doctor. Don't try to self medicate with benzos although I've found even 5mg of valium to be effective in these situations, but it almost always ends up in overdoing it and causing rebound/a fucked up head for a few days.

Breathe! It's the #1 easiest, drug-free way to cure anxiety! Breathe in through your nose, out through your nose, puff up your diaphragm/belly when you do it. Just try and focus on getting oxygen into your body. Don't do it too fast though, hyperventilation is what helps create that anxiety feeling.

as well anxious people tend to hyperventilate without realizing it, kind of a viscous cycle physically when also creates a similar cycle psychologically, but yeah breathing exercises and mindfulness are very effective for trip/drug anxiety. Even for any kind of anxiety, same with meditation.
