Opioids Antique opium pipe?

I've recently obtained this antique pipe. I want to use it for smoking opium. I actually doubt whether it's really an opium pipe or it's used for smoking tobacco.

Could anyone clarify this for me?

a lot of supposedly antique opium pipes are actually non/poorly functioning replicas, any more than that i can't help you on but i hope you got the real thing.
