the best antidepressant I've ever taken hands down is Parnate which is an MAOI but it interacted with everything fun so I wound up having a ton of hypertensive crisises-

I knew someone who indiscriminately f-ed around with Parnate and God knows what else, and they had a hypertensive crisis and died.
