In my experience APs do not interfere at all with GABA or NMDA related drugs, other than increasing sedation.

Probably depends on the specific agent and dosage of and tolerance to the antipsychotic. They don't directly block non-stimulant/psychedelic drugs but might interfere with euphoria.

It has some downstream effects on NMDA but that's not really what I meant.

I had no issues enjoying adderall on APs. Works just fine.
