antidepressants as happy pills

Ill put it in my input... Right now im on lexapro about 5mgs and suboxone about 2-4mgs a day....
SSRIS do work for depression and anxiety, but they work by flattening out emotions greatly... I take 5mgs of a lexapro and i take any more its just "too" much for me... but taking 5mgs a day works wonders for anxiety and even some depression... I feel most of the ppl trying ssris too way too high of a dose... everything these days is overperscribed honestly...
SSRIS are better for ocd and anxiety than depression... But man lexapro makes me be alot more confident and less self conscious for sure..
I even have a perscription of wellbutrin i might try... shit if wellbutrin, + lexapro + suboxone dont make me happy chemically nothing will LOL....
But for me i only get true happiness when playing music.....
