My gold of an Anti has always been 45mg of Mirtazapine, even the patent mirtazapine is pricey here so I have dropped to 15mg each day which gives more of the serotonin effect than norephrine dose which use to interact ni with my tramadol [and certain steroids] .

Patent prozac here is dirt cheap so I recently tried 40mg to potentiate my ritalin with it . Used it before.

I also use yohimbe at a low dose and high caffeine to get me out of bed.

Also now I am back in the gym and working a very demanding full time job I no longer need trazadone to sleep [mirtazapine I take i the morning to make me hungry ] .

I hate taking a benzo even loraz before bed because it seems a waste so I might experiement with trazadone one I am using a longer acting stim than ritalin -adderal ,or doses or yohimbe or clenbuterol -long half not very pleasant stim use for fat loss typically but will keep you from nodding.

I think trazadone as a sleeping aid is off label altough mainly prescribed for this but is a tricylic anti-d

I've realised raising tramadol past a certain point just does nothing.

Sertonin syndrome and seizure possibilities aplent above but I take too many benzos for that.
