IIRC, the half-life of effexor & its active metabolites isn't all that short, several days i believe, though its been awhile since I read up on it.

Smoking DMT shouldn't be much of a problem, but as stated many times above, don't combine it with an MAOi... unwise to say the least.

I removed 17 of the 250 tiny beads from my 75 mg effexor per day, after two weeks- I'm off the effexor and counting beads with no sideeffects. (as a side note I can focus better now to) if I wate another two weeks will the effexor AND it's effect or action on it causes, be over?

^No. Do not do it- you should never ever combine an SSRI/SNRI with an MAOi.

SSRI + MAOI (necessary ingredient for ayahuasca) is a recipe for disaster.

Death is a pretty long term effect.

Efexor has a half life of 11 hours. Most of it should be out of your system within a few days.
Thats all i really know.

Im hoping someone here will be able to give you better info as to when you will be able to take ayauasca.

Can i ask why you are so set on ayahuasca instead of another psychedelic where you wont have to use an MAOi.
