There are many P450 enzymes, do you know if Cimetidine inhibits the main ones responsible for mdma metabolism?

P450 Enzymes inhibited by Cimetidine are: CYP1A2, CYP2C9, CYP2C19, CYP2D6, CYP2E1, and CYP3A4.

I don't know if any are MDxx specific and I've never tried the practice myself, just uncovered it whilst researching zantac..

So......... if you take either immodium or tums before you roll, it wont make much of a difference on how hard, or weak, you roll?

I have heard of someone on PR preloading on about 5000mg of vitamin c [crazy!] and consuming a pill. Said that it kicked in a lot sooner, and someone commented that it was because of his stomach being more acidic due to the vitamin c.

If that's true, then couldnt preloading on immodium or tums make it do something similar?

Taking that much vitamin c is just fucking stupid. Some people get diarrhea and gastritis with gastrointestinal bleeding at levels of a 1,000 mg or more. They're just asking to put their body through a bitchfit by making their liver and kidneys deal with that much shit in their body.
