I am really trying to stay off opiates and get on a stable low ammount of klonopin twice a day.
Since Dextromethorphan reverses pretty much all drug tolerance,
if i took daily for a while do you think I would get maybe less depressed since its reversing the damage of drugs done to my brain (correct me if I'm wrong). Would I have Higher serotonin/dopamine/norepinephrine levels if I took DXM daily for a while.
What MG do you suggest taking daily.?
I'm trying to get back some cognitive funcionting and maybe reduce my anxiety levels, do you think this is possible with DXM?
What are all the positive effects people seem to get after taking a dose of dxm (below recreational, 80mg-150mg). I also take dexedrine, it can lower my tolerance for it right?
Also I heard ketamine is better but only ketamine I can getta hold of is topical ketalibo (or something like that) creme is there anyway I could use that?
Thanks for all the answers1

that dxm can help with drug tolerances was news to me, so i don't really have anything to say to that.
what i can say is that some people (me included) often feel like crap, after a dxm trip (don't know about regular low dosages though).
as for the ketamine; i suffer from depression, and it does absolutely nothing for me regarding mood lifts (i took the stuff daily for a few weeks a while ago).
have you informed yourself about other methods of helping you with your opiate withdrawal?

I don't think that DXM has been shown to reduce tolerance much at all. It may help prevent tolerance a little but that's it i think. I have only read about it's use in reducing opiate tolerance but i have heard nothing about it lowering the tolerance to benzos. I don't know where you got the idea that Dexedrine reduces benzo tolerance. Benzos act on the gaba receptors thus calming you down. Dextroamphetamine on the other hand has the opposite effects as it is a dopamine agonist thus it causes some rather nice stimulant effects. DO NOT mix Dexedrine with DXM as it could cause some nasty hypertension and other unpleasant side effects,

Another thing where did you get the idea that DXM will help your brain recover so to speak? If you take DXM daily your brain is going to be really fucked before long. It certainly wont help increase he levels of serotonin or anything else.

I never thought dex decreased tolerance for klonopin but I know that klonopin dampens some of dex's effects cuz-as you said-they do the opposite pretty much in the brain.
And I have heard tthat DXM reverses damage around
