Hi all, new here. 26 year old female from NC. I heard about this site from my late brother (RIP James) a long time ago and have been lurking and coming to this forum often over the past 2 years any time I had a question. Always found the answer I needed here. Finally decided to join.
I am a stay at home mom to my almost 3 year old son who has severe classic autism.
I was addicted to narcotic pain killers of all kinds for most of my adult life. My brother died of a heroin overdose in July 2011 (he had been clean 6 months, relapsed and the first shot killed him). 2 days after he passed away, I decided to go get "clean". Now I have been a slave to subs for the last 2 years...
My brother was a user of this site and mentioned it several times. Unfortunately, I have no idea what his sn was so, I can't go look up any old posts of his. I have no idea just how active he was or if any of you would remember him... but he was a great guy. Family wise, all we had was each other, we were very close and he left me here all alone
Anyway, I am going to pay close attention to the rules, please forgive me if I make any mistakes. I appreciate whoever took the time to read another boring intro post!
