Bupe Another millionth suboxone and opiate thread

Its been almost 24 hours since my last opiate dose (about 6 more hours) would swim be able to take half of an 8mg strip without getting any percipitated withdrawl effects? Swim had a high tolerance to pain meds and took 10 10mg vicodins at around 7am tueday morning.

First off we don't use SWIM here, it does nothing to protect your privacy and makes posts hard to read. That said...

There is lot of information around already available on this subject. Here's one for example.

OP - the general rule of thumb, for a shorter acting full agonist opioid such as heroin, is to wait a full 24-48hrs before using suboxone/bupe. Most people I know only have to wait 12-24hrs before they can take their subs. When I used to use heroin, for god know what random reason, I would only have to wait 8hrs before I was safe...

Generally, if you wait a day, you're guaranteed to be fine (this, again, applies to heroin).

Just search around and you will find plenty more, I don't use bupe myself, so I can't offer a personal opinion but hope hearing something back helps at the least.

Ok thanks I took a 1/4 of the 8mg strip to see how i feel and maybe take another 1/4 in hour or two.
