I think that makes 2 in a row! Long time lurker, I guess it is finally time to jump on in. I have spent many an hour killing time here, usually while trying to find a magic cure for withdrawals! But at least it made the time go by faster.. So I am already in debt to bluelight for those many hours that ticked by quicker than otherwise would have (although never quick enough!) So hello to all, and I hope to get to know some of you a little better instead of just reading your amazingly smart pharmacology threads and laugh out loud nonsense threads..

Yeah, I really am living in the past. I actually just found out phreex had passed away. It was like a kick in the heart.. He was quite amusing that one.. Thing is, I found most of the threads through google, so the timelines didn't really matter if it had interesting and relevant (or just nutty) info.. So I have been trying to keep more up to date, joining might help that!
 
Ooohh! Approval, yay! and I'm not being sarcastic.. Maybe I took so long to join cause it kinda feels like walking into into a cool party and not knowing anyone.. Maybe y'all aren't so intimidating after all! Thanks for the welcomes.
 
welcome! I also live in massachusetts. As a fellow greenlighter, dont worry the mods are nice. as long as you dont go SWIM-ming you should be fine.
 
Yeah, I def lurked enough to see the reactions to SWIMming, but it's nice to read a clear explanation on here that it does not protect you from law enforcement at all.. I was always a little suspicious that it would but I thought there must be a reason so many did it. I guess it's the same flawed reasoning that says if you ask an undercover if they are a cop, they have to tell you. As if. It seems like ma is being well represented in the new member section..

So skiing, eh? The only way I get through winter is by leaving or hibernating.. I came back last week to 60° weather and thought I was through the worst of it.. Now today it's going to snow. Yay. I'm not coming out from under the covers..
