Another good combo with Tramadol or Soma

I've been taking Tramadol and soma together for about 9 years. I like the effect it has on my feelings and emotions. What is another good combo of meds that I can use to give me that euphoric effect that lasts for a while? I'm looking for a combo with Tramadol and something other than Soma OR Soma combined with something other than Tramadol if possible since I can get those easily. I am open to switching to two totally different meds if need be but I want that effect of euphoria coupled with the numbing effect of my emotions. My mother died and I just can't cope right now so I want to have something to work with until I go clean.

Any suggestions?

What I would do before adding anything new to the mix is check for possible drug interactions because Tramadol doesn't play well with certain other drugs. Be safe!
