Another functional junkie

After browsing for a few weeks, I finally joined. Have to say this is one kick arse site.

I'm another functional junkie who holds a job, takes care of family, bakes some kick arse kungfu cupcakes, while struggling with a long term addiction to opiates.

I've done it all and hope to discuss experiences and offer advice to others.

Hi Shaleh good to hear your a "Functional Junkie" like me I have job kids etc.., although a life without opiates/benzos scares the crap out of me, so if thats what we need to get by so be it... I say, welcome

Our lives sound similar, but no kids for me yet. Not sure if I want them. Nieces and nephews are fun, you can send them home after playing.
I work as well, two jobs, I really need a clone. And I couldn't imagine a life without opiates either.
