Another coke comedown thread, I'm new please help!

I have done about 10 lines in 3 hours. Haven't had a line in about an hour. took 2 mgs of klonopin... was wondering if 5 mgs of ambien would help to sleep? I also have codeine 30 mgs. What would work better out of the ambien vs. codeine?


I also take trileptal every night, 200mgs for mood stabilizing (it is also used to help prevent seizures), but thinking about skipping it tonight. Any advice? I know there are a million threads about coke comedowns and trying to sleep, I apologize.

I see this is your first post, I'm fairly new myself. They don't use the "swim" term on blue light. The primary objective here is harm prevention. I don't know anything about your drug tolerance so I wouldn't recommend codeine after taking klonopin, benzo and opiates together can cause problems. I will say that ambien is prescribed for sleep but be careful with everything else that's in your system. Welcome to blue light get back with us once you get some sleep. Good luck.

You should find some Seroquels. It will knock you out and will elminate the comedown. You will wake up as if you never did coke.
 
After many years of trying to facilitate a easier more comfortable comedown with different medications and booze I realized that they don't work and make things worse.

I do not think they bring us down much faster at all and i belive they can make things much worse. They also can make us feal god awful the next day. I would just find something to occupy your time. Eat as soon as you are able to and possibly try and choke down a nutrition shake or a slimfast as soon as you can. Its really amazing how many negative effects attributed to coke, LSD, or other drugs that kill apatites for long periods are actually signs of hunger we misattribute because the last thing we seem is hungry.

So yeah I would just find something to do for an hour or so. Get something to eat asap. Get some sleep. After some rest I would get thirty minutes of aerobic exercise as soon as possible as this will cause your brain to make the chemicals you have depleted and will facilitate your neurochemistry returning to baseline. No shit you will feal right as rain.

If you decide to go the medication route I would encourage you to try the natural comedown, food, sleep, exercise rout at a different time. You will be amazed and will not return to the drugged out comedown as you will see how it actually makes things worse and makes us feal awful the next day.

Seroquel kills any motivation you might have. It´s basically impossible to do anything on the day after. I suppose it would work to comedown.
