From a legal and moral perspective, If a 17-year-old prodigy is not capable of consent, I don't see how Spot could be.
 
Now that being said, taking the beastiality isn't violent, more than likely you're not going to do psychological damage to the animal.. but damage really isn't the point..

Maybe I'm being picky, but I'm sure it can be violent, cruel and do severe psychological damage to the animal, which in reality, IS the point.

If it wasn't harmful to the animal, there would be no debate.
 
seesh! dog's "rape" chairs for that matter! FFS they are just animals with basic drives. I believe that is what seperates animals from humans, we have a collecctive social conscience. (Although more often then not, we don't employ it as much I would like us too)
BTW, Animal porn is still legal in Amsterdam but then child porn wasn't illegal until about 1985. So, meh, do want you want, just don't hurt anyone or anything in the process.
 
^^ yeh i heard of a case where u guy got busted having sex with a pony or donkey, i forget exactly. anyhow he couldnt get done for anything, some animal protection agencies tried to do him for cruelty to animals, but couldnt prove it cos there was no physical harm done to the animal..

in grade nine this guy was suppose to come and give us an anti drug talk. instead he talked about how fun his drug days. then he started talking about raping donkeys. then a teacher interuppted and said the presentation was over. ahhh at the time it made me incredibly straight edge me want to go get high, but defintely not rape donkeys.

My point being that if an animal is just wanting to get it's rocks off (insert tab A into slot B) and you present your slot B at it, then what is the issue?
I guess it would be diffrent if you held it down and preformed a sexual act on it. I guess it is also a diffrent situation with male human and female animal.
BTW if rape is about power not so much sex, then isn't just owning an animal the ultimate act of power. You feed it, you care for it, etc. That animal is almost 100% in your duty of care and it is virtually powerless without you.
Also, if animals have the same rights as humans and viceversa, will we see the day when animals can be charged with rape against other animals?
The animal world is filled with examples of not only homosexual acts but also cross-species acts. ie, dogs preforming acts on cats etc....
that's my two cents.

i think its wrong, because it is not consentual.
anything that isnt consentual is wrong, end of story.
until animals and humans somehow develop a universal language so they can communicate to eachother whether they desire to have sex with eachother or not, i will believe it is wrong to have sex with animals.
children who are sexually molested when they are younger might show signs of sexual enjoyment, but it is because they are too young to know any better. its much the same with animals, i believe.
 
I can't imagine getting any pleasure out of an animal. I mean it takes skills to make your partner come to an orgasm. Dogs, donkeys, horses and other animals don't have any knowledge of what's going on. Have you seen a dog's pee pee? That shit is gross why would you want it inside of you, ewww It's red and gooey looking. Lord knows what bacteria they carry. No one can control people's fetishes and desires and most likely they will act upon them but besides this being immoral isn't it unhealthy? Can you get anything from an animal; worms, bacteria,etc.??
 
If the dog/animals humping your leg or if you's (You and the animal) decide to ge it on I don't really see the problem really as long as you're not forcing it or it's crying! :\

I've seen bestiality porn before, no it doesn't float my boat, but from what I saw all the animals were loving it (All women getting boned off dogs, horses and donkeys) except one of some South American bloke fucking a chicken 8o, yes a chicken the chicken wasn't making any noises or trying to escape but it looked uncomfortable for the poor fucker! :\
 
i'm sure some people and animals would enjoy it, but come on, animals don't shower and keep clean like people do. imagine the disgusting smeg on a goat or dog. that's so gross.
