I like the anomynity, I prefer supermarkets, chain stores where you are just a number. Hand the plastic card over, swipe it through the petrol pump to pay instead of face to face contact with another human being. I like the alienation. I don't want to talk to my grocer, or know my postman. Pay bills by phone, manage bank accounts via the net, and only let people I want to know into my life. Fuck, who needs human contact?
