annoying sayings from drug users

One of the the classical ones "You can handle heroin as long as you never shoot up and remember to in alternate days" which is BS imo.

One of my best friends was like this all the time. How come you do kratom you could just smoke weed? Why chew tobacco you get the idea... I'm like because those drugs are way different. I've abused pot heavy for a long time and can't just smoke it all the time anymore like I used to I gotta have some drug variety. Fucking sue me. Dude can't even pay his own bills because of his weed habit but he's better than me...

About milk, I've heard people saying it can heal most of things including poison and stomachaches which is not true at all.
They actually do the opposite due to its fermentation.

I now remember some of the things young people would say about drugs, the tendency romanticize everything from healing and permanent life under LSD to grow up in a farms where weed would be legal. It was all pretty innocent until the moment opiates come into place or coke. People getting apart from each other, the selfishness was expected but not as much as the deceiving games so that you'd get something out of that person who was in some cases the gf or best friends.

Drugs suck man! I see that in retrospective and I believe it could be all justified if it was limited to our very young years. Sadly this is depressing when you are over 40's imho.
 
I do hope you are using extreme sarcasm. K is a pharmaceutical intended for veterinary use. I'm pretty sure 'acid' in 2016 is made in bathtubs by any one who took 9th grade chemistry.

PS: To Erikmen's post..I've been to a shitload of rehab's all over the country, and there has been at least one "weed addict" in every one. I don't get it either. Must be a strong mental grip, because I know it can't be physical (right?).

Interesting fact about nicotine. Imagine everything triggering you from food to sex, not mention TV, sports, etc. It's hell of an addiction.
And like you said you can keep going or keep trying and nothing important will happen. It's a hell of an addiction, very underestimated.
And it kills 100% of their users - except that some of them die of something else first, but it does.
 
When I first started using drugs, I met a startling number of people who would say something along the lines of: "Yeah these are 500mg hydrocodone," or "I took a 500mg pain pill." I was really young, but it still really irritated me when people said it. Of course I always corrected them, often times I had to present evidence because a lot of people didn't believe me when I told them they were wrong.

Also, I agree that the "just smoke weed" line is annoying, too. How about you "just shut the fuck up" and let me get sedated instead of paranoid and anxious.
 
Not so much a saying but people that think that dipping is disgusting but smoke 2 packs a day.

I remember fishing with a guy who told me once that he thought girls who smoked cigarettes were trashy & gross, as he loaded a fat plug o' chaw into his lower lip lol
 
There's a half way between smoking and snuffing. It's called snusing - dry micro tea bags placed discreetly in your upper gun. No dipping at all, pasteurized. Very common in the Nordic countries.
 
Not to be a technicality dick but there's both loose snus and the packet type kind. I have no idea which kind is used more prevalently tho, at least in countries other than the US. Here I'm sure it's the packets since Camel marketed that shit a few years ago.
