Australian Drug Discussion moderators have recently developed new guidelines to address conduct issues that may unintentionally expose our precious Aussie Bluelighters to greater personal risk. These are the first changes to the Australian Drug Discussion guidelines and will eventually be incorporated into the existing pages.
These changes reflect a changing world. Now, more than ever before, it's crucial all posters understand that LE agencies across Australia regard this forum as an important resource for gathering intelligence. We mods believe we have an obligation to do as much as possible to protect our precious BLers from unnecessary risks. We also feel we can reduce these risks with the introduction of a few new guidelines without compromising the HR value of Aus Drug Discussion.
Matters regarding social type threads have received considerable discussion. Concerns have also been raised regarding the recent meet-up thread and the possible risks associated with announcing it on this forum. This forms the basis of the first new guideline:
DO NOT POST Any proposed Bluelight meet ups, gatherings, or intentions of such, including notifications, links, times, places etc. The acceptable alternative is to use PM. This will also facilitate a better screening process for organisers.
Concerns have also been expressed regarding posting pictures of large amounts of drugs, particularly LSD blotters. Often the amounts posted far exceed quantities deemed for personal use.
DO NOT POST Pictures of unnecessarily large amounts of LSD. Posts that include pictures of excessive amounts of LSD blotter will be unapproved and/or edited. Only small amounts - enough to show the design of the specific tabs - will be permitted. Repeat offenders will be issued with a warning or infraction.
For other drugs where identification requires only one tablet, tab etc, DO NOT post anymore than the amount legally considered "for personal use". Use the possession laws in your state as your guide
Larger pictures of LSD blotters may be inserted/linked to but only if the picture is hosted by a blotter art site.
Also, we strongly suggest all posters consider the following list of "don'ts".

[*]Any mention of past or present dealing, or intentions to supply drugs
[*]Details of personal involvement in drug manufacture or supply/ procurement of drug precursors and chemicals used in synthesis
[*]Intention to procure drugs
[*]Anything relating to the personal importation of drugs
