Aniracetam discussion

The aniracetam I've recieved from CerebralHealth looks, feels, tastes, and effects me differently from what I received from BuildYourOwnBlend through Amazon. It was also about 40% cheaper. Has anyone had experiences with receiving aniracetam of different quality from different suppliers? Both of these suppliers seem legit from what I've read, I'm just confused and don't want to do myself any harm.

Thanks,

J

Hey just letting you know mentioning sources is usually a nono here. I would edit the names out of your post, and welcome to bluelight :)

For what its worth the first one you mentioned is what i've been using and im extremely satisfied with it

oh, and I support MrFister's take. I've seen Aniracetam sold for quite ridiculous prices by some research chemical houses, but we could be talking economies of scale... I admit seeing one source selling for 110 USD per 100 mg, which is more than double what I pay for mine. This could all be dependent upon batch size of the respective producers. My stuff works, maybe I'll pay more and test sometime...

I have noticed also that with aniracetam nicotine feels much stronger and made me allmost nauseous few times. I allso get strange euphoric feeling from aniracetam. Kind of relaxed and sleepy especially with nicotine. Allmost so relaxed that I could sleep with it for a while without benzos even that I'm addicted to them. Still experiencing, not sure of its effects on writing and other mental skills.

Sorry to bump an old thread but I've only ever seen people talk about aniracetam and cigarettes here and I just found this
[h=4]"5.4. Cholinergic Neurotransmission[/h] Aniracetam appears to be able to potentiate signalling via nicotinic α4β2 receptors at 0.1nM via interactions with GS proteins, independent of protein kinases.[21]" (from http://examine.com/supplements/Aniracetam/#summary2)

I wonder if nicotine is potentiated? It has some interesting positive effects (boosts attention/IQ, protects against alzheimers)
