I don't really see what's funny about that... all staged & not that well really...

If Wee Man was dressed up as Ronald McDonald... now, that WOULD be funny.
 
I thought that was funny. I was expecting the actual manager to come out... and it produced a few moments of confusion when an angry clown came charging at them...
