I'm on the road to healthiness
But on a path so steep
I realise that I'm angry
But it seems to be so deep

I don't understand the anger
It's buried down too low
I want an antedote for it
But I have to say no

What makes me so angry
My tightened fists are curled?
It's a sunny happy day
And such a gorgeous world

I'm in a place of safety now
But now my anger's pent
I don't know where I can go
I don't know where to vent

But I've got to deal with it
Every single hour
By living in the moment
I pray to my Higher Power

I truly enjoy the cathartic nature of your poetry to deal with your issues...it's very healthy and makes for a good read, as well as remind me of my own hard times.:)
