Hey guys;
I've been off of heroin, hydromorphone, and practically all opiates/oids (save for my methadone, of course) and have been able to abstain from any other opiates for ten months as of Sunday, despite my needle fixation. Now lately, I've been experimenting with IM and IV ketamine (pure ampoules copped from a couple hospitals and one vet my best mates missus works at, I should note the veterinary amps were distinctly more potent in terms of mg/mL). I started with 25mg IM, 50mg was quickly realized to be my "sweet spot". 25mg IV, total different story. Now, I've dosed to the point of anesthesia once, but the person I was with at the time called an ambulance thinking I'd OD'd. I'm wondering, if I have somebody monitor me, how long is it considered "safe" to stay anesthetized? I highly enjoyed the trip, and I'd very much like to extend that feeling, live in that strange dimension for awhile. Explore. And yes, I do have access to the proper equipment for an intravenous drip, butterfly needles and all. I'd just like to know a little bit more about dose/time period, for the obvious purpose of harm reduction. Any answers would be great, thanks!
(would just like to note, yes, said person that will be assisting and supervising is an experienced home-care nurse, and we will also have the machines/supplies to monitor my vitals, and take necessary action in case something might go wrong, as this is also somewhat an experiment.)
