Cocaine and my nose

I've been using coke on and off for the past 15yrs. I had a big pause of about 3yrs about 1yr ago and ever since have been back on it taking around 1g every week.
Its only been in the last 3months that I feel the back of my throught slowly disapearing. and I feel the passage joining my right ear to my throught is getting bigger.
I know coke does damage and destroy those areas of the inner nose, throught, etc.
Has anybody else had this experiance and anybody with medical knowledge explain to me any future problems this might bring to me?

i have actually had 2 friends that had a hole eaten directly thru there nose basically the part of the nose that seperates the two nose holes got a hole in it one have my friends could actually take a peice of toilet paper twist it and stick it in the hole and out the other side gross i know. the other friend went to the er bc her nose was hurting so bad and the doctor actually wrote out on a prescription pad 'stop using cocaine" they both had to have corrective surgery done it was terrible once the damage is done its irreversable surgery can help it but never fix it. it was also very very painful

I think about that quite often to be honest. I hope it doesnt become as bad as your friends Curlygurl1980, because I just dont see me stopping using coke for good just yet!!
