I was wondering about a low dose of Anafranil and MDMA. Would it be safe to combine these two on a 25mg dose of Anafranil? Thanks.

Probably not safe at all.

Anafranil is a potent SSRI, binding affinity for SERT (.21 nM) -- furthermore it is metabolized by CYP2D6 just like MDMA --meaning both substances will take longer to metabolize

Not safe. MDMA itself is now not as safe as it used to be, and potentially worst when mixing with meds like that.

When you say not safe, what exactly would the risks be? I don't believe it's an SSRI, I think it's a tricyclic.

A quick google search easily identifies that it is a highly selective SSRI, even though it's chemical structure is a TCA.
