Well i took about 11 5mg hyrdrocodone pills. Now I am an almost regular opiate user and i have taken hydrocodone before. I started with about 7 and every half hour ive been taking one more. Now i know that when I smoked enough heroin that my body cant take it i puke. Well i was wondering if the same would apply with hydrocodone. Could this potentially turn into respiratory failure without notice? I've tried searching this and really got no answers. I want to keep my high going, but I fear that this might turn bad. Any help would be appreciated.

If you're taking this hydrocodone with the apap then you need to be cognizant of how much apap you've taken in and not go over 4g in 24 hours. Which is very easy to do with 500 mg apap pills.

As someone else stated, your concern here isn't respitory depression. I never known anyone that died from tylenol overdose but from what I've read (google tylenol overdose) it seems like one of the worst ways to go out.

You pretty much have to go to an ER and say I think I may of overdosed on tylenol. The reason is once the symptoms show up, that means it's too late. There is nothing they can do. Either your liver and kidneys are going to fail and you are going to die, or you get lucky and recover. The death takes 3 days on average and it is supposed to be a slow agonizing painful death that with all of our modern medicine it can not be stopped. Tylenol OD is like a coin flip. Either you die or you don't. If you get treatment before symptoms start then there is an almost 100% chance of being fine but once you get symptoms the process has begun and you better hope you won the coin flip.

Oh fuck. I had no clue.
Yeah i will definitely do a cwe next time. Thanks. I really should of known about this before. I could of done so much damage to my liver.

I myself aswell as friends have stopped breathing during sleep from railing Oxycontin and smoking them. Two friends of mine have died in the last year from it. Anything is possible. But it would take you of doing alot for that to happen. I know you said hyrdrocodone, but they are similar enough that that can happen with them as well. At least the hydocodone I get her in Ontario Canada is similiar enough to oxy's. So be carefull. You need to understand your tolerance level. And once your high, enjoy it, and then do more later, don't keep trying to make the high better and stronger, thats when you push yoru limits and can get into trouble. I endorse getting high, but be as safe and smart about it as you can.

I've woken up many a times from an hour long nod from going bezerk and taking like 300+mgs at once and woken up having pins and needles feeling all over my body like there was no circulation or a lack of oxygen. I am sure my breathing was definitely depressed along with my heart rate.
