Hello, everybody!

I feel like I've been a Bluelighter for so long, due to the fact that I've been lurking the forums for somewhere around six years, often on a daily basis. I've wanted to make an account for quite some time, but I've been pretty reluctant since I never really had anything important to post.

I'd love to tell you something about who I am, but I feel like there's no good way to talk about who I am. (No easy way to describe any part of my life, even basic hobbies/interests)

I do want to say that I love what you guys are doing, and I'd like to be a part of it. I also want to thank you for all the good information I got over the years, as I'm sure it helped me avoid a few disasters.

Mainly 90s rock and rap. It's a bit before my time, but I've always been a bit fascinated by the 90s, and I was exposed to really good 90s music as a kid. My older brother would always listen to Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nirvana, Foo Fighters, etc, and I was right there next to him, jammin out, as a four/five year old. Tool and Deftones have been my favorite bands for a very long time. Thinking about it now, I can't believe I managed to get into Deftones before I was ten. I guess I've always favored music with a more macabre feel/darker imagery. A good bassline always helps too. :D

I haven't heard a song from Foo Fighters and The Peppers that I didn't absolutely love.

Snow(Hey Oh), The Pretender, Learn to Fly, Danny California, Everlong, Monkey Wrench and The Best of You; to name a few.

Sucks I can't remember most of their song's names, perhaps I should revisit my ears.

Nirvana is alright too, definitely an original group. Curt Cobain is not gone, he's in the hearts and MP3s of many fans including me. <3

Ever dreamt of being a rockstar? :P
 
Everlong is a favorite of mine. Almost everything on the Foo Fighters self-titled album was golden, and all the vocals and all the instruments were done by Dave Grohl. If you're a FF fan, and haven't heard Alone + Easy Target, Good Grief, or Exhausted, I really recommend listening to those tracks.

Have I ever dreamt of being a rockstar?..

Yes. I've entertained many unrealistic thoughts such as making a rock band, doing stand-up comedy, inventing things, etc. This is mainly due to the fact that I'm a highschool dropout and the future is looking really bleak unless something big and unconventional happens to me.

What about you? Did you ever have any big dreams?
 
That's bogus Winter! Your future is not bleak, it's wonderful. Life is about the bad too, not just the good. There are people who would die to feel anything, appreciate it.

The fact that you think your future is going to turn out bad due to your unfortunate choices is reason enough to love yourself. You truly care. Others would simply rationalize their poor descisions, feeling no guilt.

Dreams? Every single second of every single minute of every single day!

My most significent dream? Everyone being happy.

I want to help, express my gratitude for those who enriched my life.

No matter what happens I know my future is bright. Because I put a smile on another's face, a beautiful gesture we all deserve.

You have graced me with your pressence, thank you for making me happy. :D

Yes, I'm a guy but who cares? Gender doesn't mean anything. I know females who can break arms and males who wear make-up.

If you felt I was hitting on you, continue to do so. You deserve to be flattered because you are awesome. :)

My username is a bakery delight, I indulge in emoticons and my avatar is a female horse from a cartoon aimed at young girls.

You weren't the only one to mistake me for a woman so don't feel embarassed. ;)
 
It's all good, man, that kissed a dude thing really confused me for a few minutes. I didn't feel like you were hitting on me, but I don't know if I would've ever had that conversation with somebody I knew, was in fact, a man. I kept thinking: "This chick is surprisingly interested in what I have to say, almost on a weird level..."

What the fuck, man...just what the fuck...
 
We all need a little mania to keep optimistic in this world... or maybe just me. :)

The way you exclaimed your clarity of me being a male wasn't exactly welcoming. I just ask you to be more sensitive next time, others might not take it the right way.

I take no offense in what you message me though, that's what I'm here for. I welcome all positive and negative. :)

What are you doing to occupy your time now? I'm just watching some random movie.
