Hello, first let me point out. Synthesis: A + B = C. Simple as that. Hydrolysis is not synthesis!
And then, to degrade vyvanse into dex (see you already have the dex your not "making" it. )

Vyvanse is lisdexamphetamine. Lysine + Dex = Vyvanse. Lysine is an amino acid.

Ok so Pancreatin, pancreatic acid is what makes digestion of proteins easier, making trypsin.
trypsin cleaves lysine bonds. So Lisdexamphetamine + Trypsin = Dexamp!

Alright alright... enough with that.
So I went to the store and bought Pancreatin 4x, 500mg, it says... 50000 usp Protease (trypsin = serine protease btw) ok so what I want to know is...

A) Can I just pop a pill with my vyvanse? How many if so.

B) The hydrolyze method. Water temp? How much water? How many units? How long did you have it sit (or did you stir it) for? Did you denature the enzyme after? And RoA (Route of Administration).

Sorry for all the questions, but it is necessary to gather as much intel as possible for successful results.

Ok and to add, I've taken two of aforementioned pills with my daily regimen and I can see a slight change, not so much as a dexamp high, but woah nvm I just looked around and I think the pills are kicking in. I'll report back in a couple of hours.

i've got no idea on the answer to your question, but it might help if you don't come across so condescending when wording your posts.

if i knew the answers, i'd be a little reluctant to reply just because you're implying, to me, that we're all a bunch of dumbasses.

^ Pretty much this. Go ahead and give it a try. There has been dextroamphetamine extraction somehow given in another thread.
Location: If you cant figure this out then you are really high or really stupid :P Haha
 
^ These. FWIY, ask your Dr for an IR med and your vyvanse issue will be cleared up.
 
Oh no, my wording might come across condescending but there have been so many posts on this issue that it's hard to tell who's actually giving accurate information.
 
Mmhmm seems that the effects were not as potent as I would of wished. took 2 of the aforementioned enzyme pills ~ 10 minutes after a 50mg Vyvanse. Felt like a eh 10mg Dex.
 
Ok so today I, got a 50mg Vyvanse, and 4 of aforementioned pills, mixed in about 20mL of water, but I did not know what was what, so I ended up drinking the whole thing (most disgusting thing ever) . I didn't feel that much, for some reason (probably my tolerance) there is no high.
 
we've (mods) come to the conclusion that what you're discussing is akin to a morphine to heroin synthesis, only with a different drug here.
