I push my fingers into the seams of my being
I seperate myself from this reality and disolve
I divorce the seeming serenity
I embrace this underlying malevolence
I have seen enough to recoil in disgust
I have heard many words roll off liars tounges
I have cried for innocence taken by a molecule
I shall harden my skin to this world
Set it ablaze and alone remain
I shall weep non for bigots buring
Shed not a tear for the ignorant masses
When the world falls apart and God no longer cares
I shall be standing where I stand now admiring this earth
In awe of the symbiosis surrounding
Resenting makind for its failure at life
And that gleam in my eye will reincarnate a songbird
I seperate myself from this reality and disolve
I divorce the seeming serenity
I embrace this underlying malevolence
I have seen enough to recoil in disgust
I have heard many words roll off liars tounges
I have cried for innocence taken by a molecule
I shall harden my skin to this world
Set it ablaze and alone remain
I shall weep non for bigots buring
Shed not a tear for the ignorant masses
When the world falls apart and God no longer cares
I shall be standing where I stand now admiring this earth
In awe of the symbiosis surrounding
Resenting makind for its failure at life
And that gleam in my eye will reincarnate a songbird
