AMT with Diphenhydramine (Nytol)?

I don't mean taking them both together to trip.
I took about 15mg of AMT about 9:30 last night and 16 hours later I still haven't been able to get any sleep.
Would it be safe for me to take a 50mg Nytol tablet to help me sleep?
