AMT questions / time dilation

Is freebase AMT stronger than HCl AMT? And do the doses vary between the two? I took a 50mg dose that was freebase, and this is my first time with AMT. I've done other psychedelics though.
 
Oh my god the come-up has started 10 minutes into parachuting the dose. Can I throw up and stop the rest of the effects? I can tell this is going to be STRONG/ It literally felt like I just took 250mg of MDMA.
 
The freebase is significantly more potent by weight, so this should be a bit stronger than the HCL salt. However, this isn't really an unheard of dose. You're in for a wild ride, but you're not in danger.

Oh boy. I'm starting to regret this a lot, but everythings going to be ok I think, it actually feels a lot like ecstasy and I have this "I do not care feeling.".

Will this last more than 12 hours?
 
Time feels like it's really slowing down on AMT :\

Does anybody else get feelings like this? It feels like time is really slowing down, like a lot.
 
AMT HCl has a freebase conversion ratio of 0.874, meaning AMT freebase is about ~15% stronger by weight.

It's said to be a long one, having residual effects lasting 24 hours probably isn't unheard of. The peak effects should be almost over by 12 - 14 hours though, depending on personal physiology.

Either way, you'll be fine. People have survived much larger doses; and AMT is known for being intense. Depending on how much you need to "bail out", benzos or an antiserotonergic like Seroquel will probably help bring you down. It is ill-advised to do so this early on in a trip though - a better option is to "buy the ticket, take the ride" and just try to go with the flow and make the best of it. Put some music on and wiggle around, maybe. Have a snack. Maybe go have a shower?

In future you may want to research doses more carefully so you don't take such a hefty dose your first time :P Enjoy your trip as much as you can, that's my opinion. There's no sense in fighting it.

(Aside: Why do some people take drugs first, and then figure out dosages afterwards? Doesn't make sense to me.)

I'm feeling fine. I've never tripped so hard in my life, this is insane. There is no visuals yet but time literally feels like it is going so much slower. I don't care if this ever ends, I can handle anything right now.

How did you feel in the end Cyberius?

When did you get to sleep? Would you recommend taking this while out at a nightclub for example? Or did you literally feel too fucked to venture out?

This was a pretty interesting substance. I fell asleep around 8 hours into the experience, mostly because I was exhausted from a long day with 3 hours the night before. I could see this as a club drug if you're into psychedelics as it had a very unique body high that made me feel like I was moving in slow motion, there were no real visuals on this dose aside from very slight object breathing. One major complaint is the body load. On this dose I felt almost sedated, yet very stimulated and restless. I wanted to sit still because I was very tired, but if I did my legs and arms would feel this weird uncomfortable sensation. I think that taking less or more would stop or reduce the body load though.

All and all, it was very enjoyable, I did throw up a little, but it was worth it for this very strange and unique psychedelic.
