aMT neurotoxic?

Vitrually everyone I knew that did AMT reported severe hangovers, and the day after was quite terrible - a result of its action on the brain and lack of (decent) sleep. I used to get it back when it was 100% legal and that pure as well. I only provided to certain people, and they would all report the same kind of hangover. I was the only kid with his own PO box and actually knew a mad scientist as they call it. One older guy got it on his own and went a little insane from over-use. It was sad to see the light in his eyes fade away. These people telling you that AMT has no ill-effects are lucky, not typical. Its not a happy acid-like trip past the first use, IME. I wouldn't recommend it for therapeutic purposes.

^ I have to say I have the opposite experience. Nearly everyone I know reports no hangovers, and instead, a very warm and happy mood lift for a week after...

1st time poster - don't shoot, cheers. To OP - aMT felt neurotoxic to me if my own perceptions of a drug's pharmacology while shitfaced are relevant and it felt like nasty shit. aMT freebase 250mg bought with some benzo fury for the wife (100mg pellet). I eat what was around 50mg and smoked around 10mg on the end of a fag (must get some scales, i know, irresponsible etc) and had horrendous headaches 2 hrs in and completely, cricket bat round the head fucked for a week after. Also some respiratory depression tho that could have catalysed by the 200mg tramadol a couple of hours earlier. Couldnt sleep til T+17h.

Didn't get the psychedelic side of it really, just some shitty side effects on what felt like fairly important parts of my body. Wife (who is a Brighton and Hove Albion level) user said she had a wicked time on the 6-apb and I'm going to to try that shortly. Definition of love, after this experience I would say is giving your girl the 6-apb while you take the crazy lung burning Russian shit!

Not a deep analysis i know - just my 2p worth (any advance on 2p?) that aMT is horrible shit.

FYI, tramadol + serotonin releasers (i.e. aMT, MDMA, etc.) may results in serotonin syndrome.

In my experience the hangover is much milder than MDMA in reasonable doses, but it's still present. The best way to minimize post-aMT lethargy is to take it early so sleep is possible...I typically can't sleep for 14-16 hours after dosing, 12 hours with IM.
